The agreement between you and Mention House when you use the marketplace.

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Sentosa Limited, trading as Mention House ("Mention House", "we", "our" or "us"), including link placements, guest posts and related services. By using the marketplace or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

"Services" means any link building, guest posting or related services provided by Mention House.
"Client Materials" means the content, target URLs, anchor text and other information you provide.
"Deliverables" means the published placements, reports and other outputs we provide.
Mention House provides link placements and guest posts as agreed in each individual order.
Deliverables are provided as specified in the order confirmation.
We may change our processes or methods in line with current best practice, provided the agreed scope is not materially affected.
Failure to provide required materials or approvals may delay delivery.
Orders are placed through the Mention House app.
Prices are shown per placement and may change over time. The price shown at the point of order is the price that applies to that order.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, duties and fees applicable in your jurisdiction.
We may decline any order at our discretion.
Orders are paid upfront, and work begins once payment has been received.
Payment for delivered work is non-refundable, subject to the replacement guarantee set out in our Order Policy.
You retain ownership of your Client Materials.
We retain rights in our methods, systems and platform.
Once published, the article belongs to the host website, as set out in the Order Policy.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with the Services, disclosing it only to people who need it to perform the Services and who are bound by similar obligations.
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis.
We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic or indexing, since these depend on factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the order in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, profit or business opportunity.
You may stop using the marketplace at any time.
We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or breach of these terms.
Orders already in progress at the point of termination will be completed or refunded at our discretion.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
